About Album House

Album House sells personalised original album-inspired artwork in digital, print-only and framed formats. Framed physical artwork is supplied at 50 × 70 cm. Customers select an artist and album as the inspiration for the piece, and Album House creates the original artwork and prepares the design.

Orders

Customers are responsible for checking their submitted artist, album, colour, frame, signature and shipping details before payment. Album House may contact a customer if information is incomplete, unclear or reasonably necessary to fulfil an order.

Artwork

Album House creates original artwork for each order and does not reproduce the original album-cover artwork. We may decline artwork directions that ask us to reproduce or closely recreate third-party artwork, photographs, logos or other protected material.

Prices and payment

Current prices are A$29.99 for Digital Design, A$69.99 for Print Only, A$99.99 for Standard Framed and A$129.99 for Premium Framed. Shipping is charged separately for physical delivery and is shown at checkout. Doreen, VIC pickup is available free for physical orders. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Shipping and pickup

Physical orders can be delivered to Australia, New Zealand and selected international destinations at the rates shown at checkout. Print Only Australian delivery uses a lower shipping rate than framed orders. Free local pickup is available in Doreen, VIC. Delivery times depend on the carrier, destination and circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Digital Design

Digital Design orders are supplied as a high-resolution PDF by email after the artwork is completed. No physical print or frame is included.

Changes and cancellations

Because each poster is custom-made, a change or cancellation may not be possible once artwork or production has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Consumer rights

These terms operate alongside the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
